Restart the app, verify the selected month or year, and keep a copy of any CSV file involved. Do not email sensitive financial information that is not needed to diagnose the issue.

CSV import issues

Confirm the file is a valid CSV with recognizable columns for item or merchant, amount or value, date, and either item type or separate type and category fields.

Local data

Tr4kr currently stores its records locally. Deleting the app may remove its database. Keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose.
